As an expectant mother myself, there are few things I enjoy more than photographing an expectant couple. And Jennifer & Mike were exceptional! We met in Valley Forge Park at the crack of dawn with the weather forecast looming thunderstorms and dark overcast skies, but little Jacob was slated to come within the next two weeks so there was no postponing! Mother nature gave us a break and kept the rain away and we got to take advantage of her beautiful diffused light and some nice cool temperatures (an absolute Godsend for two pregnant women trampling through the fields!). Jennifer was just radiant – I could hardly believe how much energy she had with only 2 weeks left to go before the big day! She is going to have no problem keeping up with her little man. And what was even more touching was the genuine adoration & excitement in Mike’s eyes when he looked at Jennifer – there’s no question they are going to make superb parents. So take a look at one already happy couple about to enter a whole new world of happiness that can’t possibly be described in words. Congrats Jennifer & Mike!
