It’s been many months in the making, but this under-the-hood project has been an incredible journey. So much has changed since the beginning of this year – and this new website, brand and blog have documented just about all of it. Instead of waiting until the New Year, when everyone is turning over a new leaf, this first of December I’m getting a head start – and here you are witnessing only a few of the big changes! First, my new logo and brand – which I couldn’t be prouder of – and have Jenny Ambrose, designer extraordinaire of Flosites and the amazing web design team to thank for it. Totally and holistically a visual representation of my personality and photographic style, I feel like I could live in this logo forever – like your most comfortable pair of Pj’s. To me, it represents my long history with the camera, my love of all things timeless and classical and at the same time feels fresh and approachable – just like me – and all that I aim to embody in my work. But the logo is only the beginning.
This unveiling also comes in time to introduce a new phase of my business in which I am expanding my market to Maryland and Coastal Delaware – my new primary markets. Don’t worry – I still serve Philadelphia and have extremely close ties there to not only my clients past and future, but friends, fellow photogs and one of my most treasured accomplishments in this industry, the Photo Betties – none of which I plan to abandon. Yet this begins a happy new chapter for my family, one that we are extremely excited about and I am so thrilled to be able to open up my business to these new areas and at the same time keep the old (…one is silver and the other gold…).
So, I invite you to explore the new site – the galleries, the blog – learn more about me – and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! It has been an honor and privilege to work with all of my amazing clients thus far and I am truly thankful to all of you. It is because of your support that this new unveiling is possible!
